30-DAY FULL REFUND AND ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For the reasons stated below, we are prepared to offer you two options: receiving a full refund within 30 days from the delivered date or obtaining a replacement within one year because of:
- Faulty, damaged, or inoperable merchandise.
- Missing items from your order.
- The size, color, or customized item is incorrected per the order placed.
- The product did not match our descriptions.
Besides the mentioned reasons, here are other factors that may hinder your full refund or replacement:
- Asking for a refund post the 30-day warranty period.
- Decision change. (e.g., buyer’s remorse).
- Seeking alterations to the item received.
- Offering inaccurate details or damage due to mishandling.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submitted designs, and claims of discrepancies without verifiable proof will fall under our policy for designs that exactly reflect the final product
⚠️Limitations: The warranty policy is applicable only once per order.
For refunds, allow time for processing:

- Credit card: Up to 10 business days.

We offer a “No Need to Return” policy for select cases to save your valuable time and money.

Order cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the item enters production. In the event of an order cancellation, where the item has not yet entered production, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of USD 10 or 10% of the total order value, whichever is higher. This fee covers our operational costs to stop the production process.

You are eligible for a refund if the issues stem from product quality, within 30 days of your order delivered date.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process to your initial payment method after a 3-day inspection period from receipt by CUSTOM FACE GIFT
- What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund?

- The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, putting the wrong custom information, such as a custom name, hair color, or the size you ordered is not fitted.

You are not required to physically return items, saving you time and money. Simply provide detailed information and photos for issue resolution.
- Can I exchange my items?
All CUSTOM FACE GIFT products are custom-printed. To exchange for a different size or design, you are requested to cover the resend fee, which varies based on the product(s) purchased.
