Printing Technology & Ink:
Our comfort colors tee designs are printed using the Brother GTX direct-to-garment (DTG) printer at 1200 DPI, ensuring high-detail, vibrant prints with a soft, no-feel finish. We use Innobella water-based pigment inks, which are OEKO-TEX and CPSIA-certified, making them baby-safe, eco-friendly, and free from harmful chemicals. These prints are highly durable, scoring 4.0+ on the AATCC wash test, meaning zero peeling, cracking, or fading—even after multiple washes.
Our moisture-wicking tees feature high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints using advanced DTF-24H4 printers for vibrant, long-lasting designs.

Our Live Preview shows your design on a size L shirt to give better clarity—especially for mobile users. The design outlined represents the maximum print area on size L.
Actual Print Adjustments by Product:

On Comfort Colors Tees, the final print will be approximately 10% smaller than shown in the preview.

On Moisture-Wicking Apparel, it will be about 20% smaller than the preview display.
Why we do this: The larger preview helps mobile users see their design clearly—but actual prints are adjusted for real-world wear.
For smaller sizes, your design will be automatically scaled down proportionally to maintain a consistent look.
For sizes larger than L, the design will not be scaled up, and will print at the L-size scale.
This ensures your custom design looks its best across all sizes, with accurate proportions and placement.
